I booked with them for trini this year. They were reliable and very prompt with any questions i had. My sister booked her flight with them as well even though she was stranded during the storm they sent her a gift certificate for her troubles even though it was beyond their control. Now thats service.

Cool

I've heard varying reviews about them, so like anything else you have to take a risk....though its best to shop around first, for there are several company's doing packages to Cropover ... (Triniscene.com, CarnivalBurnout.com, Imagine It, HostelBookers.com, and a few others...) just "Google it" and you will find them...

Nazaam considering you are affiliated with Burnout, why don't you ask Alon Cooper about the Insomnia tickets he purchased from us and then resold to Burnout customers at a higher rate and the service he received from ISP?

We don't disparage other promoters on here, but when we are called out, we will defend ourselves.

Anyone have questions about ISP, ask Saveoursoca, DarkNLovely, OilintheCoil, Yurmur, Chun Li, Swervin, LadyDay amongst others.

I am a bit confused by your response...

How were you called out exactly?

A question was asked, and I simply stated the obvious, "When you spending your money its best to shop around before you make a decision”...

At no point I stated any of the varying reviews I heard...nor told anyone not to go to your company, and to go to carnivalburnout...
In fact, why would I list other companies if I were so biased as you claim?

As far as your public, name-calling allegations are concerned, it seems quite unprofessional...

I think that the point my business partner was trying to make is that your remarks were off the cuff, given your affiliation with carnivalburnout. And your throwing out names of other companies who we all know either have no carnival packages or specifically serve Trini clientele, is a smoke screen for your attempts at advertisement.

Moreover, you have already held Mr Cooper out as a procurer of tickets and services.

If anyone needs carnival tix or accomodations, email acooper@internashy.com or check INTERNASHY STYLE PROMOTIONS ....they have some decent rates, and I have already recieved my tix....so they are some good guys...no bull...

As a rule, we do not publish company information, but in light of your hidden bias, we feel more than comfortable sharing the fact that our main competitor has purchased large quantities of tickets from us, and to answer the original question, received quality service in doing so.

Cool

From the quote you have taken from me, I now understand where all of the ferocious animosity from your business partner came from...

Your accusations of my hidden agenda are laughable, for example, Triniscene is a major site online, larger than both you and carnivalburnout.com, so to assume that they are only catering to Trinis is quite naive, for their land packages can still be sold to international clientele...If I wanted to direct someone to Carnivalburnout.com only, I would have, you have given proof of that... I never meant to be biased, for I was in Crop over for the first time last year with Imagine It Entertainment, and was quite satisfied…

I assumed it was a public forum where everyone is free to say what they want, and not be attacked by the owners of a company...

Also, I find it interesting that due to my simple comments, you have "broken your own company rules", by making accusation about a competitor, who is unable to defend himself...(Didn’t realise I had such power...)

The fact is, not everyone is going to be satisfied with a company's product...its only human nature, and it happens in every business, in every industry; so don't take it personally when a client or potential client doesn't agree with you, or someone is advised to shop around first…

Anyway, I appreciate your civil response; it shades in comparison to your partner’s and I will be sure to stay clear of any future threads involving your company, for clearly I am not welcome.

I wish your organisation the best of luck in its future endeavours…
