The day you reach if it's at a decent time, next day or last minute with all the commotion?

last year, I picked mine up the same day I arrived...Thursday before Carnival...spent Friday afternoon getting my accessories together....once sundown hit, I spent the rest of the time doing what I went to do....fete and play mas....

Carnival Saturday...this way I can see who I am going to whine on carnival Monday and Tuesday....

I was about to accuse you of cutting it close, but men have an easier time with costumes...less to pick up and no accessories to worry about...

It's just a pair of shorts, hat and arm bands

Usually on its assigned day.....and if I happen to still be in NY I send a family member to pick it up!

I know...that's why I saw a lot of men putting in costume orders and picking them up right before Carnival last year. Nice n' easy.

I like to go last minute...so I can see all the excitement and mayhem...

What section you playing in again??

i'm not... If I was going again this year, i'd be in IP's Mirage... next year.... for TnT. If I'm able, I'm gonna try and hit CropOver in July.

excitement and mayhem...when I picked up my costume on Thursday night, two women nearly broke out in a fight over something stupid....you mus like fi live pon di edge.... I just wanted to grab my box, make sure all the pieces were in there and roll out....

I have fond memories from last year....that's why i would definitely do it again....

I try to make it there on the assigned day..if not it is Carnival Saturday.

I saw a woman by the mas camp a year threating to jump behind the counter because of some issue with her costume. They tried to cool her down, she went outside and call she man. Big Mike (Legacy) had was to come out and try to settle the two of them down. Yuh talk about ting lookin kicksy!
