Houston Carnival
I'll be in Houston from the 2nd to the 6th and now found out that their carnival is this w/end. What are the best fetes? How is the actual parade of the bands? Is it worth going to spectate? Is it too wild to take small children?

I leave tomorrow and return on the 7th....If you log on to Houstoncaribfest.com you will see the list of events for the week leading up to the carnival. It's my first time and i'm looking to have a blast, especially their wet fete/cooler fete. You can look at pics from previous years to get a glimpse of what to expect.....Just remember it's Houston and the weather is very HOT AND HUMID!
