The French Clown from Trevor Wallace & Associates’ The Joker is Wild.


Wayne Berkeley has pulled out all stops for C2K6, having designed some beautiful costumes for not just one, but two mas bands. Overcoming his disability after a stroke which left his right side partially paralysed, Wayne has designed Rome...The Empire for reigning Band of the Year Trini Revellers, and The Joker is Wild for Trevor Wallace & Associates.

Wallace and his crew unveiled Wayne’s colourful and eye-catching costumes last week Wednesday at his St James band camp and it was like love at first sight for all in attendance.

The designs depict clowns, jesters and jokers from around the globe and though simple when compared to the more elaborate mas for Rome, have all the ingredients to make an impact on the streets come Carnival Monday and Tuesday.

Trevor Wallace & Associates will launch the Joker is Wild on Sunday evening, at the T&T Cadet Force Grounds, Long Circular Road, St James. Music will be by Soca Sabor, 3Canal, Knycky Cordner, Shereen Caesar and others
