Event Promoters?
Anyone has information on Event Promoters who specialize in Carnival events? An added plus would be one who also incorporates flyer/banner design, ad-space consulting and radio promos.

If you mean where the event is, it's a US based Carnival event in a very small WI market(Virginia). As for where the person is from, it doesn't matter to me so long as they are competent. |
