yea it was a good carnival no matter what u hear,.. i think all de vintin was only rom de time thing, other than that, dc carnival a good one,. all de fetes was nice too,. madda dan dat was wicked !!, and glow was nice , but de place felt like an oven wid de heat,. so if u push all dem tings to de side, u have a great carnival 2005 in dc,. and yes, now that all de ppl are voicing about de time, lets hope it gets back to de right channels and have this fixed by next year.
