My friends and I want to go for the first time. Can someone give me info on hotels, car rentals, and parties? I also want to know when is the best time to go down there.

Also, we might be interested in playing mas, is anyone playing mas in Caribana? with who?

The parade is on Saturday July 30. Fetes have already begun and go until Las Lap at Markham Fair Grounds on Monday August 1st.

Boat Rides:
Carnival Nationz - Sunday July 24th
Saldenah - Wednesday July 27th
Callaloo - Wed. July 27th

King & Queen competition is on Thursday July 28th, Glow is on Fri. July 29th...you can schedule your trip around the events you would like to attend.

they're claimin to have hotels from $66 CAD but most downtown spots will be booked...

U also dont have to stay on youge street a couple blocks off u can get great rates and nice rooms

I like the costumes in carnival nations, what section are you playing in carnival nations?
