ESPECIALLY If U HAVE INTERCONNECTING FLIGHTS WITH THE LOCAL AIRLINES!!!:

My flight to Barbados was fine...caught Carribean Star (DAMN JACKASSES) land in Trini ON Fri and they dun tell us that our bags NEVER GOT ON THE PLANE!!: AND ARE STILL IN BARBADOS..

THEIR WERE PEOPLE WHO ARRIVED 3 HOURS BEFORE us BY THE SAME AIRLINE WAITING FOR THEIR BAGS AND TOLD THE SAME THING!!!

THE EARLIEST WE COULD GET OUR BAGS WAS SAT...
THEN THEY TELL US THEY WOULD CALL US SAT MORNING WHEN BAGS ARRIVE...

PUT IT THIS WAY IF I DIDN'T CONTNUALLY PHONE THEM I WOULDN'T HAVE MY BAGS NOW: : :


I AM NEVER FLYING CARRIBEAN STAR AGAIN!:

Say it isnt so. I am flying Caribbean Star also. Damn, I do have extra clothes in my baggage, but I gotta make sure the other women travelling with me do the same thing.

After reading all the horror stories from other people's past experiences, I was already planning on having a spare change of clothes in my back pack and each of the kids'.

Thank goodness my flight only stops in Bim. I don't have to change planes. Now whether they make the flight to begin w/ is another story:p

BTW if anybody has to book a flight direct with Caribbean Star and does so by credit card be watchful cos they charged me about 8800TT last year instead of 880 for a 1 way frm Tobago to B'dos. Credit card co got refund for me eventually but it caused me no end of embarassment when card was later declined in a store cos their error had put me over my limit.

I erred on the side of caution and I am bringing a carry on filled with stuff that should probably count as luggage on its on. I aint having these crazy folks mess up my carnival time.

When i went back to airport to pick up my case there was a guy there who has been waiting for his baggage since LAST THURSDAY!!!!

anyway i'm crossing all my fingers for u guys hope u get all your pieces...

Cyprianni, that is too much drama. I cant carry a weeks worth of clothes in my carryon. I banned Liat and now Caribbean Star gonna get banned too.

Problem I find with the local airlines is that they dont care. You can cry complain etc, but they aint gonna really do much.

Did everyone's luggage on your flight not get on or just yours?

at least 10 of us from Barbados had either no luggage or part of our luggage missing...

the flight before us was the same....
