Spirit Airlines sucks ass. the only thing they have going for them is low fares. customer sevice sucks, be prepared to be treated like a deadbeat criminal . be prepared to have you phone call transferred at least 5 times per call, worse, to voicemail. If u need a refund, be prepared to wait 500yrs minimum. planes stink like hamster ass so be prepared to feel nauseous. air hostess have rank attitudes, they go over the safety instuctions like an auctioneer. There are 1 or 2 pleasant, informative ppl working for Spirit, diamonds in the rough.
