Should I Pay Them?
This morning I call come collection agency and they telling me how I have a balance on my phone for $70.02, and that the balance on the phone bill was on from since January, and I am finding this out now. When I that number this morning and the guy telling me this I am like "what the ################ is going on?"
I have Verizon for my cell phone service. Good Service I should say. Anywho, I had gotten a second phone in January, cuz I wanted a upgrade for my phone, and my contract wasnt up at the time. There was no way to cancel the phone unless I had to pay the termination fee. What I end up doing was getting a family plan, and I gave the second cell to my mom. On her number they are telling me I owe this balance, from since January, and since Verizon couldnt do anything about it, cuz the plans were combined, they decided to let the collection agency take over. I vex cuz I finding this out in June, and I had the second line from since January. So my question is should I pay them for that balance or not? |
