Can those cops in Florida arrest that little 5 year old girl.
I mean yeah she is bad as all hell for acting up but come the hell on. I would want to kill someone if they did that to my child. What were they thinking. The handcuffs and taking her to the station was not called for at all.
If in Florida they think that 5 year old was acting up enough to arrest they should try and f&^% with the kids in the NYC public school system.
