That really depends on if you will be driving/have a car. Best place to stay is Collins of course (I usually stay in "NoBe" or Downtown Miami)...where on Collins depends on access to a car, quality of condos and cost. Lower down on the beach is where all the hype is but the rooms/condos are usually "cheap" or "tight" Personally, I recommend anywhere around Millionaire's Row but again that depends on your budget.
