interesting comments... i did one fast when i was younger ...lol silly though cos i did it with my muslim friend and i wanted to get a n64 so i saved all my dinner money and did it long enough to get it!!

was a great achievement

but yeh once u do fast its a different out take on life as a whole and you see in one sense what you have to do or where you need to go?
