I also use St. Ives Apricot scrub (with the salicylic acid in it) about once a wk or so. On top of these, I make sure I use makeup primer, get microdermabrasion done every so often, and I also take the pill, which I noticed helped with any little acne problems I had. I just have to get into the habit of drinking plain water and wearing my sunscreen all year round.
Yea well the sunscreen included in my moisturizer so thats yr round depending on the brand its either spf 15 or 30 and also recently I'm found that you have to protect against uv A and uv B rays and most stuff blocks only one type and its the other type that encourages wrinking etc... I think cetaphil has a new product for both types.

I'm considering trying the clinique 123 thing and I was about to browse product reviews for Dermologica? Anyone has any comments on that brand?

I used to use St. Ives when I was younger but felt like the particles were too harsh and it was like buffing a floor but I switched to the Queen Helene scrub and the particles are superfine and my skin would feel baby soft but I dunno I feeling unsatisfied with it for some reason so I may switch back once the tube is finished.
