No. You can rarely discuss anything serious on IMIX. I see people making fun about deaths, child molestation, incest, etc. I would never bring up anything serious on this site.

As for your other point, people are not really interested in having religious discussions. They are primarily interested in attacking other people's beliefs. Even the examples that you mention demonstrate this.

I have to agree, it's one of the reasons I (once again) kinda slacked off of this site and went across to others where more mature issues are discussed and more frequently at that.

Sad to admit though; I always find Caribbean people to be deeper and more intellectually profound once they get into a subject.
