that potential population is infinitesimally small. it would be an unrecognizable blip on the numbers of drug users.
if you took the time to study the example of Amsterdam mentioned, you would see that legalizing drugs does not necessarily lead to increases in consumption. certainly not in the grand scale that you're fantasizing.
People who are willing to try drugs are not people who worry about having to abide by the law. |
