Here is my solution.


- a time slot for costumed bands in the earlier time of the day
- a time slot for tee shirt bands
- A times lot for steel bands etc (Ah luv mih pan)
- a time slot for others.

That way the people who luv deh costumed mas could enjoy and go home before de other bachanal start.

Also you could pin point trouble spots and provide more security and policing for those or get rid of them if it is too much trouble.

This is better than banning the Haitians etc.

We have to find ways to include everybody while allowing those who want to play costume mas or enjoy looking at it to not feel so effed up by those who enjoy other things.

Making the costumed bands come early and only allowing the others on later will also avoid those dead periods which can make the parkway boring.
