Jamaica Carnival is in March this year...The Kingston part is from Wednesday to Sunday, ending with the parade on March 30th. The Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston is the place to stay with the carnival rate of $120 plus taxes.
T-Shirt sections and a few costumes are still available for females but all other costume sections are sold out.
