Wasn't planning on going, but I will be attending the pre-TT carnaval oriented fetes like DCAL if it happens to take place before January 24th in my city. Machel's here in 2 weeks.

Toronto is Soca's capital city outside of the W.Indies so imo you're not as far away from the carnaval vibe as yuh think you are. (Of course I'm not factoring de damned winter into that equation!!!!!)
