(remember if all is void, everything created after void, is whispered into existence with sentient intentions behind them.... god started with nothing, then he started inventing rebellious angels, and creation that is so doomed he thinks each and every one of us deserve hell, unless we admit it to ourselves and ask his forgiveness for the way we are)

or (since we are the ones warring) he created humans with the capacity to drive them to violent aggression. The same dynamoics of group aggression and brutality are also found in the animal kingdom... LEFT AND RIGHT
