Great air quality (healthiest I've been in years)
Plenty business opps.
Just a skip away from the Caribbean
Equidistant from all points in FL (except Key West)
People are pleasant
Gas cheaper than NY

Dislikes:

Damn toll roads are ridiculous, every 2 exits is a next .75
People absolutely cannot drive with more lanes available
HOA fees are absurd
Serial Killer haven
Alligators are not as cuddly as you would think
Lightening is a real danger here
Hurricanes are also a threat (although it's not hit here badly in years)*knocks wood*
Trailer Parks still a magnet for Tornadoes

That about covers it for me at least!
