Its embedded in the culture, it will take the coming of Christ to get some folks in the position to affect change to actually do something. Its all about the jump and wave for most. Just look at the what the pirate radio stations have been able to do in relatively short period of time. Yet they have failed to seize or harness the potential, they probably don't even realize what they have. Just take a listen to the bullshi*t that transpires on these stations.
