Ok...my family and I have a wedding to attend next weekend, and this is the dress my sister has selected...personally I think it's short, but I ole, and de girl say is she who have tuh wear it...and she likes it...as simple as it looks, it looks really nice on her in person...

So now I need help:
Shoes...what color & style?
Hairstyle...(her hair is permed, and short, like by her ears, but the back is layered (it's shorter))?
And finally, accessories...(her ears aren't pierced)?
