If you wrote the speech, try to memorize it or read it over many times. For a two minute speech, that should be easy. Keep the speech on small cards, highlight key words.

Slow down when you are speaking. People usually speed up when they are nervous.

Key: Connect with the audience. Divide the room into three sections and keep your attention on a section at a time as you speak. Keep smiling and make it look as if you are having a good time. It should be easy.
