Me too! I now go to gym 5-6 days and do precor/eliptical (2 of the day I do classes -- HipHop & Sculpting), alternating days I also do upper body or lower body workout, it maybe the machines in the gym or dvds that I have at home. I also drink plenty of water and watch what I eat (most of the time). If you get into a habit of moving/working out and watching your food intake you'll do it -- I plan on it and I have a LOT that I want to lose.
