The copyright/patent office is not going to approve it, any more than there's a chance of them allowing the phrase "fuck you" to be copywritten, so it's kinda pointless to discuss it as possible fact. But in theory I will agree Damon kinda going off the deep end....though it would be pretty funny to have someone paying royalties for every commercial use of the word. I'd welcome that lol.

But, at the point Crouch started lambasting hip-hop and the movie "Hustle & Flow" in relation to this particular matter, he need to kindly shut he arse. I don't recall him or anyone petitioning against the release of Godfather movies.
