Leston Paul and Frankie "The Maestro" McIntosh are the only ARRANGERS/PRODUCERS, in my OPINION, should be CONSIDERED the BEST ever in the Calypso/Soca Industry.
However, Caribbean WIDE, Frankie McIntosh has the EDGE.
Soca wise, Leston Paul probably has a SLIGHT edge.
Calypso wise, Frankie "the Maestro" McIntosh has a BIG EDGE. |
